Our gas fireplace stopped working.,4 companies couldn’t help and were suggesting expensive new units as the only option. Sterner Brothers came and fixed it in no time and charged us almost nothing. . I have been using Stermer Bros for years to have my coal stove and chimney serviced and cleaned. They are a very small, family business and unbelievably professional and detailed. They have very fair prices and offer a level of skill that second to none. They truly put their customers first, often doing little odds and ends for no additional charge. They even took the time to educate me on how to use my coal stove the first year I moved into my home. I would recommend Stermer Brothers for all stove and spa needs 10 out of 10 times. If you're not happy with them, they'll undoubtedly make it right.

Could not accommodate an install for 3 months. Show room is terrible, poor sales process. Nothing like when I had a fireplace installed by them 15 years ago. Went to competitor instead. Overall disappointed

Best decision ever!!!! We LOVE our stove. Stermer Brothers was the best choice! They helped us pick out the right stove for our needs. They were knowledgeable and very helpful! This stove is beautiful! The flame is gentle and lovely! Heats up the room quickly and efficiently adding a warm romantic glow. The install team consisted of Paul and Robert. They were excellent! They did a great job installing the stove! They hauled the old stove and all other trash with them. They left our house pristine. Paul sold us the stove and he installed it. He is the best! Great decision going with this company! I wholeheartedly recommend them!!!
