Overall great experience and definitely a company with integrity. My A/C went out in the middle of the heatwave. I went to Star Heating and Cooling in the morning and spoke with Spencer. He was very helpful and accommodating and gave me a time frame as to when I could expect Chris, the technician, to arrive at my house. Chris was timely, professional, and honest. He explained what had happened with my A/C unit in a clear manner and immediately went to work. Within an hour he had my A/C working again. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a new heat pump to replace my old AC unit and work as a dual system with my existing oil furnace. The sales consultant was able to come to my home the same week that I called and evaluate my current system and provide me with quotes for two possible heat pumps. The installers were able to come the following week and worked carefully and competently to add this new system with my existing system. All staff of Star Heating were knowledgeable and explained the process to me. The installers were diligent in fitting the new system into my older home with its quirks. Thank you for your years of service to my home!!
