I would personally recommend this company for any type of hot tub or outdoor needs. The knowledge that John had with our beautiful Bullfrog hot tub was impeccable. The professionalism along with the integrity of the staff and knowledge along with information regarding any questions we had was answered quickly and efficiently . The customer service along with the delivery team were outstanding. John was understanding and had the ability to not only treat us like family, but provided recommendations, and responded in a very timely manner to all of our follow up questions. Thankyou John and the company for such a wonderful experience we truly appreciate it! Give this man a promotion and a raise! Well deserved!!

I have worked with Debbie from Spa Hearth and Home for well over 20 years on various outdoor furniture purchases as well as gas fireplace logs. The outdoor furniture still looks like new after all these years. Love the fact that they deliver to the Jersey shore.

We tried having our hot tub repaired in August 2025 by this place and it was a nightmare. The first man they sent out literally almost had a stroke while repairing. Granted it was a very hot day but he came without any water and was in no shape to be working that day. Then they sent another guy to finish what he started and never communicated with us whether the job was finished or not but just left. Then we received a bill for work completed when the leak was not repaired and the hot tub does not work. Do not call them it would be a bad choice.

I purchased a hot tub from this store several years ago. The initial start up was bad as they neglected to change it from display to actual use mode. Once this was corrected I had little interaction until my hot tub started having issues. When I called for service I was given a price and told if I didn’t lake it I could go somewhere else. Had I known the customer service was this poor, I would have gone somewhere else to purchase the hot tub. In response to the store response: I don’t appreciate the insinuation that I am not telling the truth. You may want to start recording your calls. That’s exactly what I was told on 10/18/2023 @ 3:20 PM. With regards to the “factory settings” it should have been changed prior to delivery.

just a heads up, You guys need to tell your customers BEFORE they purchase a 7 grand hot tub that they will have to get permits from the city and have to pay ANOTHER couple THOUSAND DOLLARS of electric work before it cant even be used. (Not included with the installation) we have to find our own electrician for this. Estimates up to 3 thousand to get the electric panel installed needed to use the hot tub. NONE of this was told to us before purchase. Besides this it Good service from the delivery guys they were great. Just wish we were given some kind of heads up that we'd have to pay a couple grand after this purchase to even get it working.
