Fantastic experience. Went in on a Sunday and two weeks later had a fully operational FANTASTIC hot tub. Alex was super helpful and helped make sure I got it up and running by walking me through the start up and maintenance of it.

So happy with my hot tub and experience at Capital Hot Tubs in hyattstown. I’ve had it now for two years and been enjoying my Pace model. I also love the variety of seats we got and the LED lights are fun. We got the dark brown color along with steps.

I am a long term Hot Springs customer. I bought my first spa in 1991 at the original Fairfax store and bought the replacement for it in 2017. That's right, my first one lasted 26 years of almost daily use and probably could have been repaired even then. I also bought one for my daughter. I recently visited the Ashburn store to buy a spa for our rental house and was helped by Alex. I appreciated his advice, knowledge and professionalism. Hot Springs' products are more expensive than most of the alternatives, but I truly believe that this is a case of "you get what you pay for." My only complaints with their tub designs is that they do not have cup holders and are no longer allowed to heat as hot as they used to (thanks to our government nannies). As with any product or business there are sometimes issues - things break, replacement parts can be expensive, service calls can take longer to schedule than you'd like, etc. but if you're in the market for a hot tub that you will actually use, I believe this is where you should buy it.

Simone at Capital Hot Tubs was great. As soon as I walked in she was greeted me, was friendly and not intrusive. We talked through the showroom and looked through all of the various options and what would be best for my husband and I. I felt was was super honest and not pushy (which I really appreciate). After we made our purchase, she continued to be responsive and accommodating, really impress with the customer service. We love our hot tub and totally recommend Capital Hot Tubs!!

Each sales associate came up with different prices. Some said the steps would be an additional cost. After purchasing the hot tub, it took a while for it to be delivered. There was always an issue with the delivery date. The owners manual was inside of the hot tub, and I had to call the manager to have the delivery person retrieve the owners manual. Initially, the lights did not work on one side of the hot tub and it took months of me following up for somebody to finally come out and fix that issue. The side panels of the hot tub are very cheap made of thin plastic, and they were not properly rein installed after the tech came out to fix the lights. It leaves a gap between the hot tub and the side panels. It looks terrible and I would never do business with capital hot tubs in the future. Save $6000 and order a hot tub from Costco.
