    Greggory just left our house. We had not used our fireplace for a few years because of a pilot light problem. He was awesome. Knows his stuff. Cleaned the fireplace and got it working perfectly. AND he cleaned up after himself. It looks brand new. AND reasonably priced AND worth every penny. We have finally found a company to service our fireplace!

    This is a review that I should have posted 6 years ago. This company is completely incompetent. I should have sued them years ago for their poor workmanship. We purchased a new home and paid a lot of money for a white mortar slurry/painted brick. The mason had to come out 3 times to fix their repeated mistakes. I’m still finding missed areas or sloppy work 6 years later. Please see the attached photo…enjoy

    We selected 'painted brick' which was flat with a flat/lightly textured surface. They delivered the correct brick the first time, however, we had masonry issues and had to redo the brick on our home. The second go-around they ordered an alternative brick which was heavily textured and changed the entire style of our home. Their response was- sorry...it's technically the same brick. I'd say these pictures show otherwise- but what do they care. Also the stain color example they showed us was nowhere close to what we picked out.

    I don’t usually write negative reviews but I can’t think of a time when I’ve had a worse experience than I’ve had with this business. I get it. Everything is complicated by covid. I’ve been more than patient for over 2 months. As of today I’ve taken SIX days off work scheduled install dates for my fireplace. I was completely stood up FOUR times…..no call from the company, no word at all until I called them to see where the installers were. The FIFTH time the installers arrived but could not complete the install because they brought the wrong pieces to complete the chimney pipe. A week later the scheduled visit was canceled on the same day (another day off work). Today was to be the final install day. The installers weren’t here 5 minutes when they determined they did not have the correct parts. AGAIN. I cannot convey enough my anger and displeasure with this company. I made TWO trips to their showroom and spoke to TWO salesmen to make sure that all of the necessary parts were ordered and paid for over 2 months before the install. The communication is awful. No-show appointments show complete disregard for the customers time and money. I strongly urge any potential customers to reconsider any purchase/install with this company.
