Worst customer service EVER. Spent over a thousand dollars on new gas logs this summer so that I wouldn't get caught in the cold weather rush. They don't work properly. The remote doesn't work and when turned on manually the logs turn off on their own pilot and all after about 10 minutes. I've been to the office 2 times to try and rectify this. NOTHING. NO CALLS, NO SERVICE. I guess the poor service is repeating since it took them over a year, with REPEATED requests, to pull the gas tank off the house because it had shifted over the years. I've paid for gas service in full and right away for years so I'm not a new customer.

NEVER use this company!!!! Told them to not come & put gas in our tank because we are using another company. They came & put 70 something dollars of gas in anyway after Bailey Whitwood said NOT TO. Then wanted to try to charge us for it! We used another company to fill our tank all the way & a week later Southland came & TOOK our whole gas tank! Very unprofessional & yall need to learn how to follow directions. If someone tells you not to come because we decided to use another business because YALL SUCK then yall should listen. Then to take our tank with no warning or call very unprofessional.

The people giving 5 stars here must be employees or employees family members. I went by over 3 weeks ago to check on purchasing gas logs for my fireplace. About 3 days later they sent 2 men out to check it out to see what would best fit my fireplace. These men told me what I need to heat my home and said my estimate would be ready in a couple days. A week went by and nobody called so I called the business. I was told to be patient they would call me soon that the owner was working on it. I waited another week, no call from them, so I called again. I was told again to be patient they were very busy. So, I just called again today, 5 days after my last call and was told they had no information on me in their computer and no records of my request. I told them to just forget it, I would get a reliable company to do it for me. The lady I spoke with said ok and hung up. I don't see how this company stays in business. I know the owner but evidently he don't pay attention to what goes on or just don't care. I will never set foot in this business again!

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with this gas company. Wish I could give them zero stars. I paid for my gas on a Friday. The driver came out same day and he was a super nice guy but told me he could not put the gas in my tank due to my hot water heater install wasn’t complete(lacked vent). I had just recently had a gas line repaired and an outside hot water heater placed and the roofers were coming Monday to replace the roof and it wouldn’t be vented until then when the roof was complete. The gas was ordered and I was told they would not leave the gas with me because they didn’t trust me that I wouldn’t turn the hot water heater on. I was appalled. After the roof and heater were complete, I called and was repeatedly told, “I will text the driver and see if he can get to you today but, he has a schedule and it probably won’t be today”. Other times I called I was told, “look, we are very busy this time of year and it might be today or it might be tomorrow”. I called Blossom and they delivered me gas in four hours and for some reason it was almost $200 less and filled my tank up. I called Southland yesterday and requested a refund, it’s not even showing as transaction processing yet. They definitely don’t want to give you your gas, they aren’t in no kind of hurry to give you your money back when they don’t deliver.

this is not a review about the bisnuess but it is about the driving , had a gooseneck on a flat bed full of hay , the driver of the propane truck went out of his way to back up to give us more room to turn onto the road. The most nicest thing you could do !!
