My husband and I had a great experience with Southern Utah Fireplaces. We went in their showroom to look at the different options of fireplaces. Shaun was great to work with. I loved the selections! We ended up getting the URBANA U371A gas fireplace. I just loved the arched look and it was such great quality. Shaun got us connected with Gilded Construction who built the frame for the fireplace. We ordered our stone through Bobby at Hearth and Home in St. George. We love the final product.

My freplace is over 20 years old and it stopped working. Replacing it would be very costly because I'd have to rip out all the stone surrounding it. The technician came and fixed my fireplace, quickly and without a mess. He was friendly and polite. He even removed his shoes when he came into the living room. He said even though my fireplace was very old and they don't make parts for it anymore, he had the resources to get the parts. Luckily, he was able to fix it without replacing any parts. My fireplace runs great and he cleaned it up so it looks brand new just in time for the holidays.

Isaiah is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. He performed our fireplace inspection, tune-up and cleaning leaving it in remarkable condition. After completing everything, he recommend some minor suggestions for parts upgrades without pushing or rushing us into a decision. We ended up deciding to extend the 20+ year life of our unit and he returned and efficiently updated everything and now it's so quiet when you turn it on, it's amazing. Thank you for your diligence and professionalism.

Isaiah Timothy was super. He explained everything in detail, adjusted the pilot and flame. He also cleaned the inside of the fireplace, repainted the grill, changed the wooly stuff and answered all my questions. He also assured me that the gas was totally safe.
