I must say that, as soon as the main board came in for my electric fireplace, they came right over. Eric and his associate took their shoes off, laid a pad on the floor and began working. Though I later learned that they normally work on gas fireplaces, I would have never suspected. They disassembled the fireplace and put it back together like they did a hundred of them. It only took a little more than a hour. They were very neat and I was very satisfied with the price.
