If you want indoor fireplace equipment this is the place. Mercedes was very nice, pleasent to speak with. Nice to go to a store that is not all about Amazon.

Bought a wood pellet stove there about 3 years ago. It was great customer service and the installation was prompt and no issues. Since then we have had no issues with the stove and was the best decisions we've made purchasing from this store!

We ordered 2 tons of Barefoot pellets for delivery. The delivery driver was prompt, friendly and professional and placed the pellets right where we asked him. Excellent service as has been our experience since purchasing a stove from SOS 14 years ago.

I ordered a pallet of pellets for delivery and received them the next day. The delivery driver was great and placed the pellets right where I asked him. The pellets may be a few more dollars from SOS. But the ash from the Easy Blaze pellets I received from SOS is much less in quantity vs. the pellets I have purchased from Lowe’s in the past. Excellent service as has been my experience since purchasing a stove from SOS last year.

Beware and do your homework. We had a wood stove installed about three years ago. It has been one problem after another. Problem started initially with the inspection. Since then, we have had multiple repairs and fixes to the initial installation. The Jotul stove is fantastic. Installation and customer service was horrendous. I should’ve known when we were treated so poorly in the show room. Shame on me and learn from my mistake. *Liner was installed incorrectly, incorrect liner Customer service left much to be desired. Liner leaks every time it rains Stack off back of stove was pitched down , i’m no engineer but smoke generally moves up and doesn’t move down. Etc. When I called the office I was told that everything was fine. we’ve moved on to a different company
