I love everything about Smitty's. We bought a wood stove here which turned out to be to big for where we wanted to put it. We hadn't picked it up yet. They were happy to do an exchange for a smaller stove over the phone and reimburse the difference.

We purchased our pot bellied stove from Smitty's years ago and have always used them for our annual service. This year we required service on our Fireplace that has a LOW flame. DEAN was not going to stop until he figured out why the flame was not normal. He worked and worked and DID it! He was able to fix this fireplace that no one else had been able to figure out. Smitty's is GREAT for prompt service and Expert servicemen.. Thank you so much!!!

What a great crew! I bought a wood stove from Smitty's in 2019. It has been keeping me and the family warm ever since. The gals up front always greet you with a smile. The sales crew are knowledgeable and quick to remedy any warranty issues. They had the best pricing in the STATE. Would highly recommend Smitty's Fireplace.
