  I have used this company before previously to do chimney sweeps and fire brick repair in my Fairmont casting stove. And a few years later to change out my stove pipe to stainless steel. So high was very excited to find out that they were opening up a store in Virginia. I had the pleasure of being one of the first customers in the shop. I purchased an incredible wood-burning stove. Shane and Garrett provided me with exceptional customer service in a no pressure environment. They were patient in my constant mind changing but assisted me with making my decision on my purchase. I look forward to the install of this new stove and continue to do business with hearth and home possibly a pizza oven may be in my future.

  BEWARE!! This company will throw their trash out in your neighborhood after they do a job!! This is beyond disrespectful and just bad business!! Not to mention when you call to try to find out why they are even more disrespectful and hang up on you.
