Sales was excellent in showing us our different options. Installation was fast, professional and flawless. Can't quite give 5 stars only because we had to wait several days for our mantle to arrive and installation had to stop until it came in. Overall a great experience. As always, the tech from Skyline was friendly, courteous and professional. Trey was very neat and was careful working in tight surroundings. He answered all of my questions, and was very helpful, which was greatly appreciated. We have been very happy with our gas logs from Skyline Hearth and Fire and highly recommend them.

Skyline Hearth and Fire came out to service an old gas log fireplace set that was in my house when I purchased it a couple of years ago. I wanted to get it serviced and to learn it's proper operation. Skyline kept us informed as to the arrival of their technician Trey. Trey inspected the unit and cleaned it completely. He was neat and placed a drop cloth around his work area and cleaned up when he was finished. When he was done cleaning he tested it to make sure it was operating properly and instructed me on it's proper operation. I would recommend Skyline Hearth and Fire for service of your Gas log set. We will Probably be visiting their showroom soon to look at options of replacing our log set that we discovered by Trey's inspection was 30 years old.
