Just bought set of gas logs from and had them installed by shores bbq, Josh was my salesperson. They were very helpful and spent a lot of time with me helping to pick out my perfect set of logs. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a gas fireplace/install! Thanks for all the help and answering the numerous questions I had!!

Aaron arrived on time and ready to resolve the matter of straightening out the fireplace frame. He quickly and professionally completed the job and also provided us a detailed description of what he had done so that my husband would be able to adjust the frame if needed in the future. Would recommend this company to others.

Just another unhappy customer regarding Shores service. My Fireplace insert had issues on day one which we eventually lived with. I made a service call back in August 2023 for Fireplace repair. Waited until October 2023 for technician availability. Informed 3 parts were needed. Paid $190 for the service call and then paid over $350 to order the parts and waited 4 months to arrive and another month to schedule for installation. Technician tried to install the parts then informed us another part, a broken valve was needed to be ordered. Another $200 and another 2-3 weeks to install. My patience and confidence in Shores is exhausted. I’m eating the cost expended and moving on to a more reputable company with solid reviews.
