The Shields staff was wonderful from start to finish. The administrative staff of Darren, Cindy and Stacey, were great to work. Their installers Ken, Mason and Nick did an excellent job throughout. They were neat, clean, very thorough and worked well together. They explained what they were doing and communicated with us during every step of the installation process. Everyone at Shields was very dedicated and they did a great job with completing our project. We could not be happier with their work or results and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a new fireplace.
