Just wanted to share our story. We got home after being away for Christmas, and realized we ran out of gas at some point Saturday night into Sunday morning. I called Monday morning when Sharp opened and was told it could be up to five business days, but to our families surprise they showed up mid day Tuesday and we’re back in business. Highly recommend this company, they’ve always been easy to deal with.

We had a propane leak in our mobile home. Sharp came right out at the time of the incident and checked everything for safety. They discovered there was a leak to a supply line under the home. We had since moved the heating unit to the outside of the repair was rather simple, but they couldn't have been kinder more efficient and more concerned. Danielle from the office called several times to verify the arrival the technicians were fabulous. They replenished the propane quickly and I had heat in no time.

Brian Scott and John West did an underground propane tank install for Mr. Simpson and he was very happy with the process. The techs were knowledgeable and cleaned up nicely when they were finished. Mr. Simpson would recommend Sharp propane highly.

I am happy to report that what started out as an unhappy experience resolved itself thanks to the Regional Customer Service Manager, Lynn Muir. Thanks to her efforts, Sharp Energy once again enjoys good customer service relations with us. Lynn conducted herself in a professional, courteous and friendly manner. She also explained the ProCap Protection Plan to me, which will help us save money in the future on our Sharp bill for which we are grateful.
