      They got it done for me! I was a on a particular timetable and they made it happen. Gas log set is great quality. I had considered going with a cheap set but I think this is worth it. The installer (Mr. Beasley) was refreshingly competent, honest, and professional.

      Called during business hours. No answer but left a message. No return call. Called again and spoke with lady who was busy but took my number and promised to call back. No call. Finally visited the showroom in person and scheduled service for our fireplace three weeks in advance. No show for the service but did call and claim they had to respond to a gas leak emergency. No problem. We understand. They will keep the appointment after the emergency. No show. We have to call them back and reschedule for later the same week. No show for the second scheduled appointment. We are done. On a random day about a week later, we receive a call from a service technician saying he is on his way to our house. No thank you. We've already scheduled with another company.

      Had Sellar’s come out to quote on changing my fireplace over from wood to propane. Waited 2 weeks for the appt and then paid the guys $75 when he came out, he told us he would give the office the measurements. Waited a week with no call, called the office and they said they hadn’t received the info but took my name and number to get back in touch. They never did. Waited another week and called back and they said they never received the info from the tech. They still haven’t reached out to us.

      Went to store to ask about installing a gas fireplace. Jayde was really nice, filled out information, and submitted measurements of fireplace by email. That was 3 weeks ago, not heard anything about an onsite visit or providing an estimate.

      Awful. Scheduled a service call 2-3 weeks ago. They set it from 11-1 today. I’ve now called 5 times checking on where the guy is. They said “I have no idea”. My wife stayed home all day for this appointment and completely wasted a day off. Do not recommend.
