Ray came two Friday's ago to service my gas stove. It worked when he left but an hour later it did not. I called and left a message and offered to pay for further service if it was necessary. I never heard back so I called again… and I never heard back at all. He got $200 and I’m stuck with having to go to another service technician. Besides this, I would say he is not Mr. Congeniality 2025, I would not recommend Scott’s fireplace.

Have enjoyed my Scott’s fireplace for several years. Love it! But I recently had a little problem with it and I was expecting a guest visiting from out of state. Ray made a special Friday evening trip out to address the problem. He had it fixed in no time and saved our weekend. :-) Thanks so much, Ray!!
