  We had great delivery and set up of our shuffle board table by Jeff and Nandith! Top notch care and consideration of our home and of the table. They were both super nice and polite as well. Also, Jeff’s knowledge of the table setup was very evident. Shuffle board can be complicated to set up properly and he was very knowledgeable. Thoroughly impressed.

  Joshua was punctual, patient and clear and concise in my initial instructions to maintaining my hot tub. Joshua came out to the house and went over everything in person. Scioto Valley is a top shelf company for my hot tub business due to quality and most importantly it's staff. I am glad I have Joshua to answer any questions I may encounter about my new hot tub. I would also recommend Seth in sales if you would want to purchase ahot tub.

  I purchased a hot tub from Scioto Valley to put at the end of a deck that was still under construction. They stayed on the ball and got what needed to be done when it was able to be done. The process concluded with a familiarization from a very knowledgeable Representative, Joshua Manigold. Job well done!

  We just had a hot tub delivered today. The delivery team and salesman have been great. When the hot tub was taken out of the packaging, there was a pretty good scratch inside the tub. The delivery team let the service department know and the service manager called us right away. He offered a scratch and dent discount or to order a new one. I appreciate him making it right. I would recommend Scioto Valley.

  I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at Scioto Valley Spa Store. From start to finish, their team went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in my purchase and fully supported throughout the entire process. Anthony and Randy in sales were outstanding. They patiently walked my wife and I through all the options and helped us choose the perfect spa—the Bullfrog A7. What impressed me even more was that even when Anthony was on vacation, he still responded to my questions quickly, making sure I had the information I needed without delay. That level of dedication is rare and truly appreciated. When it came time for setup, Joshua provided an exceptional orientation. He not only got the spa up and running but also took the time to test the water, explain each reading, and add the precise mix of chemicals needed to balance the pH and sanitizer levels. His thoroughness ensured everything started off perfectly. Joshua also gave me a hands-on walkthrough of how to test the water myself, making sure I understood the steps and felt comfortable doing it on my own. Then he demonstrated how to change the filter and the Bullfrog cartridges, turning what could have been an overwhelming process into something completely manageable. Thanks to the incredible support from Anthony, Randy, and Joshua, I feel confident, informed, and extremely happy with my new spa.
