  Very happy with the service I've received from Schagrin over the past two years. The dispatch team truly takes ownership of ensuring that appointments are scheduled as quickly as possible. During a recent service call, Angel arrived on time and got right to work diagnosing our HVAC issue. He was exceptionally polite and friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and diligent in identifying the cause and offering to check our back up heating source to be used while parts are ordered. I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service and technical service from Schagrin's dedicated employees.

  Kyle, out of Middletown, DE branch, was superbly awesome helping with my mom's house in West Grove and getting her annual contract renewed and system serviced. As a family, we have loved how employees at Schagrins have treated our mom. Not only had she always told us how wonderful she was always treated, we witnessed it ourselves when visiting. The employees are the backbone and they show their customers love, for sure. They are a family business who care about the families they service. They got to know my mom over the years, and as she just recently passed, I wanted to leave this review to let any other potential customers know how warm they were to us in handling finalizing the close of her account and the transfer of her system to a new homeowner. For sure, Kyle is a top notch guy with a great heart!

  We have very happy with their service. Our Service Technician, Angel, is great. He is reliable, efficient and friendly. He explains what he is doing and what he found while checking out our system. He takes great pride in his work and is very knowledgeable and we appreciate his dedication to a job well done.

  Today we used for the first time Schagrin for a maintenance call. Angel was our technician. He was wonderful. Angle took time and checked our system completely. Then he explained our system to us so we understand what we have in our new home Thank you Schagrin and Angel! Angel your the best!

  Technicians were to find out what was wrong with a tankless water heater, not heating water on demand. When they tested it, it was very slow to start, but it finally did produce hot water for 15 minutes. They cleaned did not replace any parts. A day later The heater is not working again except for a third try. I told them I would be away from home for at least three weeks so I will have to call back when I get back home because it is not fixed completely. Hopefully this can be transferred back to the technician Nick. For the future call in.
