  Had these guys out and they were great. Have lived in Shelby with a natural fireplace for 14 years. We always get our chimney swept every year, but have had a hard time with reliable folks in the chimney sweeping business. These guys responded right away, set up an appointment for the following week, were five minutes early, did the job well, and the price was reasonable. They were recommended by a masonry company we hired to do some tuckpointing, and I can see why. I wish more businesses operated this way.

  So I actually booked a few spots with a few different companies… Santa’s Chimeny Sweeps were the third appt and the only one who showed up?! They had great communication, easy to book an appt (I did so in Nov, earliest they has was Jan - wee didn’t mind) They even did a confirmation call the day before which I much appreciated. Gentleman came in, we’re professional and respectful to our home. They were thorough and recommended products and where to purchase them. They left no trace of anything upon leaving - just a sparkling clean fireplace ready to warm us up! We will be continuing to use them each year for a sweep - as we burn from Oct - April And yearly sweeps are best to keep a safe home. Highly recommend them.

  Great service! Gary arrived early with his partner and they very friendly and helpful answering all of my questions as we have a new home and have never had a fireplace before. They laid out a cover to prevent any debris from getting on the floor and left no evidence they were here taking very good care of our home. The fireplace looks VERY clean! My husband and I feel confident on the ins and outs and we’re excited try out our fireplace this winter!

  Just had our fireplaces cleaned out this afternoon. Gary and Ray were fantastic! They arrived 23 minutes early and had an abundance of knowledge to share with us on fireplace safety and maintenance and wood storage. Our home was left clean and I was better informed about burning wood after they serviced our three fireplaces. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking to have their chimneys swept. Thank you both again!
