Excellent fireplace and experience. Allen the owner and other staff members were great. I was in a tight time crunch with construction and they did their best to make my timeline happen. We had an issue with an existing fireplace and needed an expert who was factory trained. Sandwich Fireplace was quick to respond and scheduled us in quick fashion. They sent a gentleman name Lief out who was on time, friendly, professional, and knew exactly what our problem was. He made the repair and got the fireplace back in shipshape. So I've never actually been to this location but I got a bunch of phone calls asking if I was ready for my installation (wrong number). Seeing "Sandwich Fireplaces" pop up on my screen gave me a good chuckle. I thought it was just a witty name, then I did some research and found out that Mass actually has a town named Sandwich and that made my day. That's freaking awesome. Keep on keeping on, guys! 🥪
