  Usually I try to prefer local little shop than a large retail corporation but if you sell me a gallon of stone sealer for 102$ when I can find the exact same product in Home Depot 2 miles away for 63$ try to guess where I’ll shop next time?

  Let me start by saying that this is the most weirdest stone place I have ever been in my life! First of all the staff are pretty rude and secondly there are no parking spot available near the store, which is very inconvenient. I went to this place this morning and asked one of the staff in the office if they have 2"x10" width and 4, 6 or 10 feet long granite yellow stone? The person told me "No" they don't carry the type of granite stone I am looking for! So, I came outside of the office and saw that they had few granite pieces piled up in the storage area and I found the exact pieces that I was looking for. So, I was on my way to go back to the office to see if I can buy the piece that I found outside and at that time another staff came outside of the office and was yelling at me because I parked my car outside of the store. He was very rude and screaming at me saying that I need to move my car right away and he doesn't care if there are any parking spot available on the street or not!!! How RUDE!!! Anyway, I moved my car and then went back to the office to order the piece and asked the guy if they could cut the piece into half so that I can carry it in the car? The guy at the office told me that they had lots of order ahead of me and I need to wait more than a week to cut it!!! I told him that I came from really far and I am also little bit of a rush and if I could have it cut in 3 days? The guy replied "NO" because again he have lots of order ahead of me and he can't skip them regardless of my emergency. I said OK, understood and I couldn't buy the piece :(....But before I left the place I meet another guy who usually cut stone for Sammarco and asked him how long it will take to cut the stone (It was a simple cute and probably will not take more than 2 min). He told me that after I purchase the stone he can cut it for me right away!!!! I was SURPRISED with his response........and said to myself that enough B*** of this place and I will go somewhere else but never come back here...I can't deal with LIE and RUDE behavior. So, folks whoever is out there reading this review, BE AWARE of this place!!!!!!!!!!!

  I just had an extremely terrible experience with the sales staff I guess a woman’s money is not acceptable by their machismo salesmen casa in elmsford has better prices anyway I will buy from them
