I recently had Sackett Fireplace install a gas insert into my existing fireplace and could not be happier with the entire process. After looking in the store first, John, the owner, came to my home and did a site visit and explained everything very thoroughly. After a few weeks, they called to set up an installation day and time. Installation took about a half a day. They covered all the floors to keep them clean and in the end you would have never know when they were there. It's absolutely beautiful and I'm so glad I chose them to do the work. You should too.

The employees a second fireplace were exceptional. John Sackett himself is very rude belittling and entitled. Ashley Sackett laughs too much obviously trying to be your friend too hard. And overall, just in it to fill their pockets. You’re guaranteed to be overcharged. And to all future employees five years max Is all you’ll end up doing guaranteed.

We have wanted to update our gas fireplace for years and finally found one that met our needs aesthetically and for improved efficiency. Sacketts had the perfect product at a very reasonable price. John Sackett came out to help us figure everything out. He spent time sharing options and insights on how everything worked. Joan booked us an install date. Then Kyle and Josh came over to install everything. They were exceptionally courteous and efficient. They cleaned up better than they found it. Explaining every detail and checking all operations. The fireplace looks and works great!
