  Love my fireplace ! Great company . After being stood up twice by a local fireplace dealer my aunt suggested Rustic by Design . I went down and they were able to do a consultation the same week ! Once the fireplace came in they got me on the schedule and had it installed in no time ! They great at communicating and were great to work with ! They installed the insert , modified the traditional path of the pipe to vent out the back side of my roof , built out my hearth and installed my mantle .

  My wife and I recently had a fireplace installed by Rustic By Design, and couldn't be happier with both the product and the service. We live in a remote property, and it can be difficult to get anyone to drive all the way out to do work, so it was great to hear that they have a very large service area. The people in the shop were very helpful and able to get us an appointment for an estimate almost immediately. Seth and Dylan did a great job with the installation, and were super personable. They also did a great job of walking us through the initial burns and operation of our fireplace. We will be using them in the future for chimney sweeping and any maintenance. I highly recommend Rustic By Design.

  I'm glad that I stopped to see how beautiful this place was. The furniture and fireplaces were the best quality. If you are looking for furniture and home items that will last and are timeless, this is the place to go. You will not find discount store prices but furniture that will last. They had many unique items that I have not seen elsewhere. Some of the things they had: sturdy patio furniture sets, large hand cut wooden mantels, beautiful cast iron woodburners, pizza ovens, and outdoor and indoor decorations. You can tell that the buyer for this place has carefully hand selected each item for its beauty and function.

  Rustic design installed a new fireplace in our home recently. I cannot say enough about their help. Janet was so helpful with options especially when I could never make up my mind. Every one of their staff who came to our home was friendly and did an amazing job. So glad we found this store. They were wonderful to work with!

  Purchased a Kozy Heat vented fireplace from Rustic by Design to replace an older ventless unit. We are beyond pleased with not only our new fireplace but the service we received from Rustic from start to finish. Special shout out to Seth and his team. The installation and masonry work was/is spectacular. A Great local business!!
