Jacob got us set up with exactly what we wanted, and then some! The Modern Flames electric fireplace with color changing capability, fire cracking sounds, timer AND heat option is perfection, and definitely the highlight of our new entertainment center. AND the price was more than competitive with searching we did online. Would highly recommend!

I purchased a Wildfire grill and had issues when converting it from NG to Propane. Getting little satisfaction from the dealer that I purchased it from, I contacted RPG Brands customer service. Anthony McMeans was very responsive and helped me to troubleshoot my problem(s), diagnosing my issues with videos of my burner flames and sent me out some replacement parts. Good to know the company stands by their products and I am greatful for people like Anthony who believe in Customer Service!
