Their hours are all wrong and they're only open 3 days a week to fill propane, even in the summer time and then have no listed phone number. This place spits in the face of customer service

No stars! Worse company I’ve ever dealt with. No return phone calls or emails for weeks and months, lost parts, extra charges! Three years later after losing parts and then trying to charge me extra for them still without my fireplace completed. The manufacturer (Travis Industries) of their fireplaces stick with the lies told to them by owner Terry and are useless in providing any support or warranty information. May have been a reasonable company in the past but no longer! Take your chances if you really don’t need your fireplace for at least three years. I cut ties after that long trying to make it work and found professionals elsewhere who know how to run a business and deliver a finished product in a timely fashion. Terry, Rose Forge and the manufacturer Travis Industries are not worth your time, money or aggravation. Trust me or find out for yourself! It won’t take long!

First class operation from design to implementation. The gas line I had did not support the unit so a sub-contractor was quickly sent to remedy. Once all the equipment was shipped (supply chain issues), the installation was timely and complete. Trust these people to add quality and comfort to your home.

Nine polite and descriptive emails with photos, three phone calls and no action over FIVE months, (!), when I was planning a stove installation. My last several emails were met with silence and phone messages were not returned. I'm in the construction business on the Outer Cape and have always recommended them previously.I suspect that because it was a reconditioned antique stove, though perfectly legal, that Terry didn't want anything to do with it, but why not just say so? Very frustrated and disappointed as I had Rose Forge install a chimney liner at home in Eastham and I had bought a stove from them in the '90's. A generous 3 stars despite my grievances because if you can get them to come to do the work, it is excellent. Sad that I will shop elsewhere from now on.

Terry was incredibly helpful and informative. She came right out to look at my fireplace and come up with an appropriate solution to create a functional and beautiful gas fireplace.
