30% price increase for the same service as last year with no heads up until the bill came for my elderly parents. Not cool. I see this in other comments as well. We'll be getting them signed up with a more reputable company ASAP. A 20 minute chimney service that costs more then a dental apt... Some companies care about customer retention and customer service and some companies care more about money... If they aren't giving a heads-up to EXISTING customers about a 30% price increase BEFORE the apt is booked, it's easy to see which type of company this is...

Rocky's went above and beyond helping me chose and install my new woodstove in May. They answered all my questions when I was in their store, tried to get me the color of stove I wanted, showed up early for the installation and correctly placed the stove. (Previous stove was not set correctly by prior home owners.) I am looking forward to using my new stove this winter. This was my first time in buying a wood stove and appreciate them answering all my questions on the various types of stoves, sizes, and stove pipe placement.

From the first phone call to the install and clean up Rocky's stove shoppe has been a class act. Experience, knowledge and knowhow!!!! Our request was quite a tall one, 56foot liner two stoves and a clean out. All in a 150 year old building. Talk about pros!!! Our home has been upgraded yet still keeps its original charm. Thank you , none better.
