Situated at 8,200 feet in Colorado’s Wet Mountains, at Robb Ranch-Wet Mountains Getaway we totally rely on dependable, professional outfits like Rocky Mountain Stove and Fireplace. Recently, we needed a key replacement part for a Morso wood stove that heats the Ranch bunkhouse. Warehouse Manager, Conner was helpful, persistent and most importantly patient with an over-anxious customer in finding and getting delivered a key part to the Ranch bunkhouse’s wood stove. Also, the earlier (2022) consultation, order and delivery of the wood stove was successful and good. We recommend Rocky Mountain Stove and Fireplace as the go-to Colorado company for wood stoves and parts.

Ryan and the Rocky Mountain team were great. I recently had a warped baffle plate and needed a replacement, along with some other parts to get back up and running over the holidays. I sent out a request over Christmas not expecting to hear anything until the New Year, but Ryan was quick to respond to my request and helped identify each specific part needed for my slightly dated Wood Insert. Ordering online was easy, and they shipped up to Canada, which was quick and cost-effective :). I got my parts and was back and running within 24 hours of placing my order. I ordered a fan kit from them for my 2022 Lopi Evergreen. Just installed it and it's working great. Seems like the only place in the country that will ship Travis Industries parts. I don't like my local Lopi dealer so I'm appreciative of this. I'll use you guys again for sure if my stove ever needs more parts!

So glad we made a visit to this store for our new linear fireplace. Shelby Hall was very informative and helpful throughout the purchase and installation. We did shop the competition and found this company to offer the best price for our purchase. They also recommended we use Fireplace and Grill Experts for the installation of our Marquis Serene 60 fireplace. We could not be happier with their service; knowledgeable and efficient.
