  Our experience with Rochester Fireplace was excellent from start to finish. We recently had a wood-burning insert installed, and the entire process exceeded expectations. From the very first consultation, Devon helped us select the perfect insert for our space—she really listened to what we wanted and guided us through every step of the design and product options. Cameron and his installation team were professional, punctual, and meticulous. They treated our home with care, laying protective coverings and cleaning as they worked—there wasn’t a trace of dust left behind. The craftsmanship was top-notch; the masonry work around the insert is absolutely beautiful, and the attention to detail in the finishing touches really shows. Cameron even took extra time at the end to walk us through how to operate and maintain the insert safely. We’ve already used it several times, and it heats the whole house perfectly while looking incredible. Overall, Rochester Fireplace delivered outstanding communication, craftsmanship, and customer service. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone considering a fireplace upgrade.

  Our experience with Rochester Fireplace was fantastic from start to finish. A special thanks to Devon who handled the initial planning and was our contact throughout the project. We also appreciated Cameron who made sure the fireplace installation was perfect. Everyone on the crew (installers an masons) were professional, friendly and the workmanship was outstanding. I don't think we have ever had such good communication on a home renovation project. We LOVE our new fireplace It's beautiful and we highly recommend Rochester Fireplace.

  If you have never experienced selecting and installing a fireplace and are concerned about getting the right people. Look no further. Cameron the owner is always involved and is the most detailed person I have ever met ! and I know a lot of detail people in Engineering. He was friendly and extremely detailed to be sure that all was as good as it could be. Devon his wife is very knowledgeable and helps with selections. They even installed a box to route wires to the basement. Who does that ! Exceptional !!!! I fully endorse Rochester Fireplace. They did the framing, Jessy did the Masonry component and Cameron came back just to be sure everything was tighty as he demonstrated the firplace.

  From start to finish, our experience with Rochester Fireplace has been top notch. We are so happy with our gas insert and only wish we had converted our old fireplace many years ago! The showroom staff was so helpful and explained all the different choices, Cameron and Ben did the install and they were courteous and efficient and cleaned up so well you would never know they were here. If you’re thinking about a new fireplace, you should definitely go with Rochester Fireplace!
