Really appreciate the ability to get service in less than 24 hours from my initial call. My Technician Garrett was very friendly and knowledgeable. We have done business with Rivo for over 30 years and they have always been 5 star. I know they operated as Boche plumbing and then sold to Rivo and they have continued to be the best! As an Animal Shelter, when we are having a water problem or a drainage problem, that is emergent! They always make us a priority! Special thanks go out to Zach and Darren, they delivered a whole truckload of our most needed supplies today!

Garrett was very professional and helpful in diagnosing a water pipe leak in our basement. He spent time fitting a new pipe replacement (it was leaking at an intersection joint, so more tricky).
