  Outstanding Service From Start to Finish I had the absolute best experience working with Tyler Campbell, the assistant manager. He didn’t just help me buy a few items—he helped me transform my entire backyard. I ended up getting a full patio furniture set, a hot tub, a new fire pit, and a brand-new smoker/grill, and I couldn’t be happier with any of it. Tyler’s customer service is honestly some of the best I’ve ever experienced. He was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely understanding of what I wanted. He listened to my ideas, gave honest recommendations, and explained every product and option clearly so I always knew exactly what I was getting. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed. Because of Tyler, my backyard looks like a completely new space. His professionalism and knowledge made the whole process easy and even enjoyable. If you’re looking for high-end outdoor upgrades, ask for Tyler—you won’t be disappointed.

  Our experience with Rich's for the Home was excellent. There had been a manufacturers defect in the two of the original deck chairs we had purchased. The problem wasn't discovered until we had removed the packaging after bringing them home. Rick, the manager, was friendly and understanding of the issue, and worked hard to get replacement chairs to us as soon as possible. We are grateful and recommend them very highly!

  UPDATE: Rick and Debbie at Rich’s addressed the issue with the delivery service immediately and to our satisfaction. Debbie had the damaged items replaced and Rick came to the house personally to see it through. I’m glad it worked out and happy to update my review. We initially experienced great service, but once we paid for the very high end EBEL Palermo outdoor furniture set everything dropped off from there. The set was delivered a month late. We paid for a more expensive swivel chair and a stationary one came instead. We paid for “white glove service” deliver and it was shoddy. The 2 bolt sectional connectors had one bolt and the brackets bent. Then they came back to “fix” it and scratched the furniture.
