    I bought an 8x8 northwind hot tub from Rich’s 7 years ago. I replaced a heating element myself a few years ago which wasn’t bad. Unfortunately we’ve had leaking issues from the filter canister. The first call was made in June. 2 technicians have been out over the summer misdiagnosing the problem. Finally they got it right. The correct part was ordered in October. I called last week and my wife did as well. Of course straight to voicemail in Tacoma so I reached out to the Bellevue location and the kind lady told me that the part was in stock at their Lynwood service location and wasn’t sure why we hadn’t been contacted. Thanksgiving and 30+ family we wanted to have our 10k hot tub up and running. Today is the 1st of December. No call from anyone. No anything. Their techs also tore off many of the faux wood planks surrounding the mechanical space and left them on the patio. PLEASE do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. I feel like a 10k hot tub under cover should last at least 7 years and they should pay for competent help. Once again buy your hot tub or any outdoor appliance from ANYONE else.

She offered several suggestions of locally made units that exceeded my expectations of efficiency, quality, and appearance. She explained what was needed for installation, special state taxes, federal tax breaks, and she did not pressure me in any way. I am excited to heat my home this winter with a new stove!

    Follow-up note: The repair was completed on 10/02/2025. Many thanks to Cadi for her outstanding customer service and Dennis for his fast, professional work ( including having to deal with cantankerous cotter pins). ____________________________________________________________ Cadi, your Service Manager went more than the extra mile to provide outstanding service. She was able to help me with an issue that was not even responded to by your Tukwila and Lynnwood locations. (Hint: good service is NOT having a phone message that tells the caller to send an email that is never followed up!!!)

    Rich’s For The Home Swim Spa *People involved through this process listed below* Terry Langvad Contractor/Technician Cadi Castonguay Sales and service Support Caley Lents Anne Grewal Sales and Design Consultant Sonja Pouliot Campanoli Crane Paula Dutton Store Manager Received our Spa on 03/14/2023. Leading up to that point all paperwork and getting the loan was handled great. I was impressed with communication throughout. They worked with me and kept on a speedy path. Crane Company did an amazing job lifting our Spa over our home and onto our pad. Richs came out to give me the tour of our spa and answer any questions I had. Richs has taken care of any needs I had & great to work with. Im excited for this year as we emptied the water and recently filled it & ready for the summer!! Family is always excited! I am keeping my relationship with Richs as they will be the ones helping me throughout my Swim Spa experience. The professionalism with Customer Service will come in handy in the future Im sure :) I recommend Richs and if I could offer a discount code I would lol. Also any Crane work, Campanoli is it!!
