I initially went to a fireplace showroom 30 miles away but should’ve saved myself the trip. Rich's for the Home in Tukwila, only 4½ miles away, was the place to go! It was there that I received the special and personalized attention I was looking for. Milissa listened to what type of gas insert I wanted to replace my wood burning fireplace. She also made a personal visit to my home to ensure that I would choose the correct size and model of insert. Not only that, Milissa was patient, helpful and understanding when I was making my purchase. This was an upgrade that I’d been wanting to do for years and Milissa made it happen. Don’t waste your time . . . go to Rich's for the Home in Tukwila – you won’t regret it!

Called the Tukwila store and talked to Melissa about my fireplace remote not working. She walked me through the battery change and receiver to remote connection. It still didn’t work. She offered to check it in store on one of her fireplaces and I went in the next day. As it turned out, my batteries had sat in the drawer too long and were no longer good. In addition, I was not doing the proper procedure to connect the remote and receiver. She was able to get mine working again. Great communication skills, very understanding and showed a willingness to help which is rare in customer service anymore. She saved me some money and while I was in store I saw some great patio furniture. I will be back to buy from her come spring.

Great Experience! Melissa was wonderful and kind. I went in just newly shopping for a hot tub and was afraid I’d be pressured by sharky salespeople. This was not the case at all! Melissa was knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. FIVE STARS!! Highly recommend this location!!

We have needed new filters for our hot tub. We called a month ago and they said they would call in 2 weeks when they came in. They never called. I called again and they said they would call on Monday. They never did. I had to call them and was told they're having trouble getting them in from the manufacturer. It would have been nice to know this 2 weeks earlier, when they said they would call! Also, the Bellevue location has the filters in. Why not tell us that? Or why not suggest we call other locations to find what we need? Disappointed in their customer service.
