    I have a Travis AGP pellet stove that has faithfully served my family many years until last year. Attempts to have the pellet stove repaired with another provider were in excess of 9 months without a functional pellet stove. Repair visits were several with the other provider were several with 2 to 3 month intervals between due to scheduling conflict. Patricia with Rich's stove arranged a service call within 3 weeks. Communication from Patricia has been fantastic. Rich's service technician was outstanding identified 1) pellet stove was not programmed for our use and corrected default program. 2) identified cause of inadequate pellet feed and communicated parts needed to Patricia who arranged parts to be ordered. Patricia knowing we wanted our pellet stove operational, reached out to us the following day with invoice and actions I needed to take. Did I mention the other pellet stove provider I had to call to ask if parts were ordered as there was no follow up communication. Rich's in my experience with Patricia in customer service and an incredibly knowledgeable service technician are providing an awesome service team that will keep your pellet stove running 13 years and counting.

    I have hesitated doing this, but the last few hours has been the last straw. Do not buy a Coast Spa from Rich's. Do not buy any spa from Rich's. Their service department is incapable of servicing the spas they sell. I have been struggling to get our spa in working condition now for a year. A year of canceled service appointments and excuses. Over and over no follow through from service. Over and over failure to fix the multiple issues or even keep track of what has been done and what has not been done. We have not been able to use it in a year now. Today, after yesterday's service I tried to fill it, only to have water gush out of the fittings. Their response - send us photos. Enough is enough. If I could give them zero or negative stars I would.
