  We had a great experience working with Kim Berry to select a new outdoor grill! I knew mostly what I wanted in the grill yet Kim offered good insight into features I'd under appreciated and another that I realized I did not need. She was polite, knowledgeable, and did not pressure us. Good communication following the order as well. Prices were competitive and selection was excellent at Rich's. I'd recommend both Rich's and Kim.

  I have worked with Kim Berry on two different projects. Both times she went above and beyond to get me across the finish line. She has even worked on her vacation to get me an access door that no other supplier in the state could get me . I can truly say thank you for your hard work and saving me in a time of need.   We had a great experience with Kim Berry at Riches. We ordered all kinds of stuff, umbrellas, chairs, fireplace for outside, etc.. Kim was on top of everything and made sure that we were happy throughout the entire time. Could not have been happier my husband and I are enjoying all of her efforts. Everything looks beautiful.
