  The staff at the Mount Vernon store is awesome. My wife and I popped in on a weekend to browse fire tables and ended up leaving with one thanks to Lisa's help. She clued us in to the clearance section, and we found exactly what we wanted for a great price! I also bought a pellet smoker a few days later. Lisa made sure my smoker would arrive promptly the next day from Lynnwood. Check out the MV Rich's if you need something to elevate your patio experience.

  We have made several large purchases from Rich’s Mount Vernon location. We’ve purchased a large collection of ipe deck furniture and two large umbrellas and bases. This most recent purchase added to the existing collection. We have a large elevated deck and the furniture makes it a perfect elegant extension of our indoor living spaces. We only go to Rich’s for the best quality deck furniture. The most recent consultant we worked with was Lisa Black. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. She was able to get a reduced price on several items and was able to get us a piece off the floor (no other ones in inventory). We will definitely continue to work with Lisa and Rich’s!

  We purchased an Elite Element Curve, Coatal Spa from Derek at Rich's, a couple of months ago. It was installed a month later. The delay wasn't because of Rich's, it was because of me not being ready for it. Anyhow, the whole buying process was excellent. My wife and I knew very little about hot tubs, Derek took the time to educated us, and made us feel extremely comfortable. Shortly after we had the tub up and running, Derek came out and gave us an orientation. Once again an excellent experience. My wife and I are extremely happy with our hot tub, and the customer service we received. I highly recommend Rich's and Derek to anyone looking for a hot tub or outdoor furniture.
