Called to price match with LA BEXTEN and was told that Reliance no longer price matched. BEXTEN was .20 per gallon cheaper. We have been a loyal customer for over 15+ years. With bringing our next door neighbor and our other neighbor on the other side, one would think loyalty would be a factor. The man my wife talked to on the phone stated that Reliance was not price matching. He was very rude and abrupt. After this winter we are going to buy our own tank and price shop. Too bad your company has chose not to price matched. Other than that, your delivery person is great.

I have been a customer for over 29 years and they consistently deliver a quality product in a timely manner at a reasonable price. And when I needed emergency tanks of propane due to a freak January flood they delivered emergency gas bottles to my residence within hours. Truly great customer service!!

We have used Reliance Propane since we moved into our Sylvania house in January of 2021. They are reliable and we appreciate the auto delivery option that they have. We did run out once in the fall and we were without propane for the night but they got someone here the next day to get it filled. Always friendly and informative when we call with questions. We appreciate they are locally owned and operated and they care about their customers.

We have used Reliance for years and never had a bad experience. They bend over backwards to be there when we need them, if we ever do. We're on a pre-buy schedule for propane deliveries and it makes it so easy to never run out of propane.
