Refiner's Fire Services has been maintaining our home gas fireplace for over 10 years. The service has always been prompt, thorough, professional and friendly. Most recently, we had an issue with relighting the pilot light (it's an older unit, installed in 2003), and Kevin made an adjustment and got it going - just in time for the wintry weather. I highly recommend.

We have a very unique fire feature that we were having problems with. Refiners Fire were able to solve the problem and by so doing, giving us many hours of enjoyment. I would highly recommend them.

We purchased a propane fireplace in April. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to work with the manufacturer and marketer, I tried several local companies to see if they could get the igniter to work. No one was interested. At last, I reached MaryAnn at RFS. Bottom line: Tyler and Kevin figured out what the problem was, ordered and installed a new part. After the propane was connected, Kevin even returned to program the remote control. Works perfectly, nearly 6 months after we bought it! Highly recommend this company.

Ultimately disappointed and exasperated. My process for buying and installing a gas insert started in January of 2023. By November (yes, 11 months later) my unit was finally installed but it wouldn’t stay lit. Tech came out many many times; 5 maybe- to their credit but never fixed anything. Finally, the following May (2024) they replaced the whole unit because I don’t think they could figure out what was wrong. When it started to get cold again in November same story. Unit won’t stay lit. I had another company come out and diagnose it and reached out for refund on my warrantied unit. Crickets. They’re completely ignoring me. I’ve emailed a couple times but since this process started 2 years ago I’ve lost faith. I would avoid at all costs

Refiners Fire Service fixed our fireplace after we used two other companies. The other two couldn’t do the job. They also made our dog happy!
