TERRIBLE SERVICE. I called them and asked them to send someone to fix my heater because my pilot light went out. Did not have NO ONE to come until FEBRUARY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.

We were looking to get propane logs for our fire place in our new home. After contacting a couple other companies who came and gave us quotes on the work, then never retuned my calls to schedule the work, I contacted Redwood. Their price for installation was half the first quotes and within a week we had working logs in our fire place. We also recommend them to a neighbor who was having similar issues, they to were pleased with redwood’s response.
