  I recently attempted to purchase an item from Real Flame and would say that it was a horrible experience. From the very beginning the customer service was rude. I called in to cancel my item and was told I would not have to pay for anything and my cancel had been stopped. They still have my money and half of the order was delivered and when I called to let them know they wanted to charge me for returning the part that they forgot to cancel as it came in 2 parts. Bailey (customer service rep) then told me I was wrong and misunderstood her and hung up on me> I called back and asked to speak to a manager and was repeatedly transferred to NO ONE! I have never left a negative review before and it took a lot for me to leave this one because I feel bad doing it but I figured if I could save one person from a horrible experience like I had then it is worth it. They obviously don't realize that people dont deseve to be treated poorly when trying to purchase something online and then they still want to charge me and hold my money for an item I dont have.

  I bought their really lovely looking propane tank cover - it is made of the same material that they make the nice high end items they sell as well. Note that this material will flake and scale away leaving the product looking unsightly in your garden. These items are expensive and do not last.

  Have the Baltic model natural gas fire pit there was some cracks in the unit but they stood behind their product and took care of the issue.
