I was in need of information on my outfitter 1 quadrafire pellet stove . Every place I called either said I don't know but never called back I called another place and was told I won't answer you because you're not in my showroom . Last ditch effort was to call Reading Rock . The lady said give me your number I'll call back . So she called me right back with a solution to my problem . Yes this is a five star business with integrity and customer service . Form now on my go to store

Reading Rock convinced our builder, for almost 2 months, that below-freezing temperatures (once the fireplace surrounding was 18 degrees) was normal, our half insulated and non-heated garage was warmer than our living room. I sent daily pictures of the living room at below-freezing temps to our builder, but Reading Rock stood strong that nothing was wrong even without looking at it. I even called Reading Rock to pay the service fee of $160 but the scheduler never called back to set up the appointment. It took me opening a ticket with the fireplace manufacturer (who stated something was wrong) and opening a BBB complaint against our builder before they quit listening to Reading Rock and scheduled a visual inspection. During this inspection they found the outside fireplace vent was sticking out from the house and not secured, this helped but did not fix it. Finally, Reading Rock called to schedule a warranty call and within two minutes of being at the house, they found the glass was not secured to the fireplace allowing for a lot of outside air to enter the house.
