  Many thanks to RCS Fireplace. From Lanea to Rusty they delivered on the promise. My fireplace was acting up last season and we decided to hire RCS after endless dead ends trying to find someone local not trying to scam me with $99 dollar show up at your door to them tell you that you need a new system. Beware and do your homework, cheaper right off the back in my experience only means it’s going to be bigger price once I’m in the door. They fixed what I asked and we couldn’t be happier. Will I be calling RCS in the future you better believe it. We support local businesses not pushy salespeople that never have your best interest at heart . Building trust and credibility is key to any relationship and they accomplished both ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️….. And the best part is my wife has her fireplace working and she can be cozy. Thanks RCS!!   We recently had RCS Fireplace replace one of our fireplaces and perform maintenance on the other two in our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Their team was extremely responsive, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. They showed up when they said they would, explained everything clearly, and made sure we understood how to operate and maintain the fireplaces moving forward. The quality of their work is excellent, and our new fireplace looks amazing. It’s clear they take pride in what they do.   Small family owned business. Very friendly service and reliable. RCS replaced parts in my fireplace and it’s been working beautifully! I also had them install a blower. They are professionals and charge a decent rate.

  Used RCS Fireplace for the first time to troubleshoot my gas fireplace (wasn't lighting). Rusty the owner and technician determined quickly that it was a bad coupler. He explained what was going on and why. He also carried a new part in his truck since this was common problem. Seemed very patient as the replacement of this part can be difficult due to the tight fit and just getting the wires and parts to fit and line up. He did a great job from start to finish. Was knowledgeable, explained things throughly, and answered all of my many questions. He definitely knows his stuff and has a peaceful laidback kind of personality. Didn't seem to be in a rush but took the time to do it right. I was impressed and would definitely recommend RCS to friends and family. Robert Yokobe 10/22/25

  I had RCS Fireplace clean my free standing fireplace last February. They did an outstanding job! My fireplace is over 20 years old and I love the warmth it provides on cold winter nights.
