I can't underscore enough what a wonderful experience we had with Ray Johnson! They had the exact fireplace insert we wanted but only on display. Without hesitation they offered that unit to us. Beyond that, the team at Ray Johnson continued to work with us in getting the faceplate custom cut to conform to our existing fireplace. This included two visits to our very remote home (45+ minutes away) to ensure it would fit perfectly. At one point, we actually asked ourselves, "what do we not know?" The answer to that was NOTHING! They are just simply that dedicated to their customer service. Massive thanks to the crew and the end result is clearly a reflection them truly wanting the best for their customers.

Ray is an awesome individual and actually is willing to listen and help people with his expertise, which is hard to find these days. Ray took the time to listen to the problem I was having with my gas logs thinking unit on the house I recently purchased. Instead of just trying to sell me a new unit, he went out of his way to help me potentially diagnose the issue. Turned out he was exactly right and I was able to get my gas logs working. Thanks Ray for being a stand up guy and actually helping someone instead of trying to just make money. I highly recommend Ray’s Fireplace and Patios.

Jared Johnson was most helpful in selecting the perfect item for our remodel. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!
