  Very professional, quick and on time. Our furnace ( hot water on demand and heat ) was making grinding noise, technician came to fix it, was able to detect the problem and came next business day to replace the broken part. With cold temperatures outside it was extremely important to have a company that was so responsive. I would highly recommend their services. Thank you!

  They came out and fixed our problem the same day. They could have charged us to replace parts but he explained the issue we had is sometimes just a stuck part and once you free it up it will work fine. It has worked fine ever since.

  I contracted with Mike to have a furnace and A/C unit installed in my cottage, replacing the existing electric baseboard heat. The cottage had a crawl space and the installers, Dave and crew, did an outstanding job of installing the furnace in the crawl space and running the air supplies and returns through the crawl space ceiling and into the flooring. The work was done neatly, professionally, timely and at a good, fair price. They also ran new gas lines for our new appliances. I highly recommend Mike and Rapids Sheet Metal Works.
