I purchased a $4,000+ stove here and received a faulty stove pipe adapter. Rangeley Fireplace did nothing to solve the problem and would not even refund me for part, which I had to re-purchase independently from another dealer. Nice stove shop with friendly staff but they could learn a thing or two about customer service.
