  I purchased a home from Ricks homes 4/20/15 for 395k dollar home. Randolph Door & Lighting installed my garage doors 3 car garage 8/20/16 my electric door opener bar pulled completely out of the stile of the garage frame called said sorry out of waranty. 4/12/17 the other door did the identical thing. I called they sent a rep out he told me he would see what they could do. Randolphs never called back so I called them theysaid it would be a $1000 to fix them. The bad part is they would not honor the craftsmanship of the garage doors. I fixed them both for a total of $16.00 and an hour of my time. This place will rip you off and not honor their craftsmanship or door quality after a year. I highly reccomend not using them. I spoke to the manager asked for the owner to call me and never heard from him. Very poor communication from this company stay away!!!!

  Buyer beware. This company equates to the height of poor customer service. Wrong fireplace was brought to the house twice. At the same time, they scratched our tile. When we tried to remedy the issue, representatives of the company stated we were the source of problem and refused to provide the proper fireplace. At the end of the day, we were left with an even bigger hole in the wall - scratched tile and no fireplace. Buyer beware.

  They have a very knowledgeable sales lady - she buys their lighting products, can tell you what you need to know, and order what you need! Their in-store stock is very limited, so if you are patient I recommend finding out the brands they sell, looking online or in their catalogs to find products that will work for you, and waiting until the lady can get them for you. Also, if you need only one fixture that doesn’t need to match any others, you can check out their clearance section.
