  Stopped in to look at their pellet stoves. Was impressed with their showroom- though on a smaller scale. Initially spoke w an employee who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Shortly thereafter, owner arrived who was also very knowledgeable and helpful. We left needing to remeasure our space. We are looking to replace our 22yr old pellet stove that has 4" external pipe and location several inches higher than the stoves they had w 3" pipe- so hats another calculation to consider is 3" to 4". A stove that was recommended for our needs ( heat garage) was not on display, so we left w information to help our decision. First glance, stove looked of good quality and priced within our budget.

  If I could give this business, a zero I would. The wrong stove was ordered and installed. After numerous attempts of having the correct stove installed which were unsuccessful, the BBB was contacted. The owner refused mediation. In addition, the new stove had to be repaired twice taking him two weeks each time to repair the stove the second time leaving me with no heat for two weeks. He only came to repair the stove after Calls to the Vermont casting home office. Run like your hair is on fire from this business.

  Very disappointed. Left voicemail and also sent email inquiry over past two weeks and no correspondence. I suppose they are doing well enough to not pick up additional installation work. I understand that folks like this are starting to get busy but it doesn’t take much to return a call or email. My 6 guys and I cover pipeline in 47 counties in PA, NJ snd NY and can return calls. Was hoping to hear from them as they got good reviews.
