  11/28/25 Had water in my basement near the furnace. Rahman promptly sent a guy out… who shut my heat off and found ‘cracks’. (I was listening through the floor) Showed me pictures of ‘cracks’ in the 2nd stage. I had another guy come out saying “Well you can’t even get into the 2nd stage but I don’t see anything” I was still worried and with rebates and tax credits on the line I had this other guy do it. Today 12/31/25 I have the same puddle on my floor. I tore the ceiling tiles out of the way lo and behold here’s a leaking water pipe. .

  I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience installing a mini split system for my older home.   Very happy with Rahman heating. My wife and I's furnace was having problems. Rahman sent a guy out right away. The tech was great, nice, and even fixed an issue we had with our fireplace too. We got a new Daikin furnace installed through Rahman. I've heard good things too from other heating companies recommending Rahman. Their customer service is good and I even called with a question and Sam was a tremendous help on the phone. Thanks -Colin

  I had an unbelievably frustrating experience with Rahman HVAC company. They not only failed to fix the issue, but they also had the audacity to bill us a whopping $1,000 for work that was never done or completed! It was a high-pressure switch that cost $40 and labor of no more than $120, and bear in mind that it was never installed because they didn’t have the part. To add insult to injury, this bill arrived four months after their visit, which was already late and unsatisfactory. After talking to their secretary, who was unaware of the situation, she confirmed that she sent the bill without knowing if the job had been done and finished. To make matters worse, I talked to the owner after I received the bill. Instead of apologizing for the issue, he was downright rude and dismissive of our concerns. The owner then tried to bill for the time the technician spent at my property. For your information, the technicians sent to our home were clearly unqualified and poorly trained. I promise they had no clue what they were doing. This company’s business practices are shady and unethical, overcharging customers and billing for non-existent services. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Avoid this company at all costs!
