Quad City Fireplaces is a great company with exceptional employees and service. They were great to work with from our first visit to their store to the final installation of our fireplace insert. The installation was excellent and the installers were very professional. They custom built an arched surround for the insert to match our arched fireplace opening which looks beautiful. 100% recommend them for all your fireplace needs.

I bought a gas Heatilator (HNI brand) fireplace from Quad City Fireplaces a few years ago. They made the buying and installation process a breeze. I had never purchased or owned a gas fireplace before but they helped me understand & make decisions. I am so pleased with this purchase as it adds warmth (both temperature & aesthetic) to my home. It has run beautifully since then. Today, as I turned it on for the first time this season, it needed a little tune up. After calling Quad City Fireplaces Tony came out & did a service call. He was polite, professional, & got the job done in under an hour. From selecting my unit, getting the install, & today's service it had been an absolute joy working with Quad City Fireplace. I would highly recommend them.

Just had QC Fireplaces install a new gas insert in our home. Everything was absolutely fantastic. Price was extremely competitive, service was phenomenal, and they paid attention to the little things to make sure everything went off without a hitch. These guys know fireplaces! - and they have great customer service! We got a quote for a Heatilator fireplace gas insert and Tony was patient with us throughout the process. The install crew was nice and professional. Highly recommend A++ Also priced very competitive.
