Called for an estimate, came to the house within 2 days, measured fireplaces, and we discussed options on total price. Paid $130 for the visit, never got an estimate or heard back.

We have used Professional Fireplace & Chimney for about 20 years for our fireplace and have had excellent as well as courteous, friendly and professional service. They had my daughter’s fireplace working in about 30 minutes, that had not been used in 20 years this week! They installed new logs with a remote control which is fabulous!! Called this morning to ask if they came out for a free estimate on chimney's. Got the 3rd degree on how nothing in this world is free. Okay a simple no would have been great, because some people have actually came out and gave "free" estimates. But not very professional as it says in their name. I would have been fine with having to pay something for an estimate, but this guy wouldn't give me a break for saying free. And guess what he didn't care that he upset me.

2 months ago I had my chimney cleaned and they were quick and efficient in getting the job done. While working they let me know that my chimney needing repairing and gave me an estimate at no charge. I told them I would think about it. Yesterday I finally called to ask about having the repairs done and they came out that same day. Today he came out and finished the job. Everything was completed quickly, and efficiently. He was polite and kind and was always very respectful. Best of all I found his prices to be very fair. I would recommend their services to anyone.
